Support

Email support@scrappie.io and tell us what happened. Most answers are below, and everything in the steps is in the app under Little Details, behind the gear on the Home screen.

My tickets aren’t on my new iPhone

Tickets live on your account, not on your device. In Little Details, tap Restore Purchases and then Sign in with Apple, using the same Apple ID you linked before. Your tickets come across.

If you never linked Apple, your tickets can’t move on their own. Email us these two things and we’ll try to restore them by hand:

  1. Your support code, from the new iPhone. It’s near the bottom of Little Details, as “Support code” and then eight characters.
  2. An Apple receipt for at least one purchase, showing its date and how many tickets you bought. Look in your email or at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought tickets but my balance didn’t change

Tap Restore Purchases and then Check This Device. That re-checks the purchases Apple lists on this device and adds the tickets for any that were never counted. It can’t count a purchase twice. If it finds nothing, check that you’re signed in to the Apple ID that paid.

An edit failed

Its ticket comes back automatically, so a failed edit costs you nothing. You can try that photo again while it’s still in the app. Trying again uses one ticket, and it comes back too if that try fails. Some photos can’t be edited, because our provider’s safety checks refuse them.

I’d like a refund

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. When a refund goes through, that purchase’s number of tickets comes off your balance, stopping at zero.

I want to delete my photos or my account

  • One photo: open it from My Scrapbook and tap the delete button.
  • One page of My Scrapbook: hold the page to delete it.
  • All your photos: in Little Details, tap Delete My Photo Data. Your tickets and purchase records stay.
  • Your whole account: tap Delete My Photo Data and choose to delete your whole account instead. Your photos and remaining tickets go with it, and this can’t be undone.
  • Stop sending photos: in Little Details, tap Withdraw Photo Consent. Your saved photos stay.

Copies you saved to your Photos library aren’t touched either way.

Where do my photos go?

To our servers and to our editing provider, once you’ve agreed in the app. Our Privacy Policy names them and explains what is kept and for how long, and our Terms of Service cover tickets and purchases.
